Shipping policy

We provide free standard shipping to the active markets listed below. Customers are not charged a delivery fee for standard shipping. Import taxes or duties, where required by local law, are separate from shipping charges and may be collected by the relevant authority or at checkout.

Estimated delivery

The estimated total delivery time is 3–11 business days from the date the order is placed. This estimate includes order processing and carrier transit time. Remote destinations, customs processing, peak seasons, weather, or carrier disruptions may take longer. Tracking details are provided when available.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
